Well its been a few weeks, even month maybe since last update as nothing really has been happening. We finally got the final building contracts and these have now been signed and the 5% deposit of contract price paid to lock everything in.
We will now be booked in for colours and electrical selections etc and start getting ready for council etc. Keep posted once we have colour selections etc
