Loan Documents Arrived



All our loan documents arrived and they have all been signed, witnessed, checked, sent back etc etc. Time now to bring on settlement of the land and wait for the 23rd for our tender presentation.

    Wow, tender presentation already! We're meant to settle on the 20th but will be delayed because we've moved and didn't get all our docs.

    Interested to hear how the presentation goes.
